Pelvic Floor issues can happen to anyone. Sessions are one on one with the focus on reconnecting to Pelvic floor. These sessions are tailored to help an individual regain a properly functioning pelvic floor which will reduce/eliminate issues such as incontinence, pain, hernias, diastasis recti, abdominal coning/doming, and prolapse.

Pelvic Floor rehab is especially important for women who have given birth to help with recovery post delivery.

Amy has a Bachelors of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia and an active member of the BC Association of Kinesiology (BCAK). She grew up in Squamish, BC, the outdoor capital of Canada, located just North of Vancouver. It was there where her love for exercise and sports flourished. After many sports injuries, Amy decided to follow the path of rehabilitation to help people heal so they too can get back to doing the things they love to do be it cycling, running, yoga, or hanging out with their children and grandchildren. She has special interests in Pelvic Floor Corrective Exercise after having her daughter, Dylan, in 2020 as well as Cancer Exercise after losing her best friend in 2010. Amy would love to help you on your journey to achieving a better quality of life.
